What to Expect

La Luna Vida is a mobile Massage and Reiki service covering Prestwich, Manchester and the surrounding areas, bringing a calm, restorative experience directly to your home.

Everything needed for your treatment is provided, including fresh towels, blankets, supportive face pillows and a heated underblanket. Around 30 minutes is added to each appointment for consultation, set-up and pack-down, ensuring you receive your full treatment time.

Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, so you can fully relax and enjoy the benefits of your treatment in the comfort of your own home.

Monthly Wellness Clients

Massage is most effective when received regularly, supporting both physical wellbeing and nervous system balance over time.

To support this, I offer preferential pricing for Monthly Wellness Clients. For example, a 60-minute massage is £65 instead of £68.

Group Bookings

Group treatments are available for two or more people and are ideal for shared relaxation experiences.

Two 60-minute treatments from £130 (£65 per person).

Availability

• One therapist: up to four 60-minute treatments per day
• Two therapists, subject to availability: up to eight 60-minute treatments per day

Gifted Wellness Ritual sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Preparing Your Space

As a mobile therapist, I bring a professional massage table and all equipment needed for your treatment.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please provide:

• A suitable ground-floor treatment space
• Enough room to safely position the massage table and move around it comfortably
• Clear access from the entrance without carrying equipment upstairs

A small number of steps into your property is absolutely fine, however treatments must take place on the ground floor as I am unable to carry equipment between floors.

Health & Safety

Your safety is always my priority.

Massage or Reiki may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions or symptoms. Please let me know before booking if you:

• Have had surgery within the last six months
• Are currently pregnant, as pregnancy massage is not currently offered
• Have any allergies or sensitivities
• Have a fever, flu, contagious illness or infectious skin condition
• Have severe inflammation, swelling or undiagnosed pain
• Have been advised not to receive massage by a healthcare professional

Travel & Parking

Travel within approximately 15 minutes from Prestwich, around 30 minutes total travel time, is included within your treatment price.

This is based on typical travel conditions. During busy periods, such as weekday rush hours, journey times may increase and a small travel supplement may apply.

If this is the case, I will always confirm any additional charge with you before your appointment so everything is agreed in advance.

Where free parking is unavailable, pay-and-display parking charges are payable at cost.

Please ensure parking is close enough for the safe unloading and transport of massage equipment.

Accessibility

Booking Policy

New male clients are accepted by referral only.

Clients aged 16-17 are welcome by prior arrangement, with consent from a parent or legal guardian and the presence of a responsible adult, or chaperone, during the treatment.

Please ensure you have read this Booking Guide before confirming your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• 2 days’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the treatment fee
• Safety policy breaches or inappropriate behaviour: treatment will end immediately, the full treatment fee will be charged, and future bookings may be refused.
